Two-Tone Baseball Caps

A contrasting visor can change the identity of a familiar cap shape. This cream-and-green sample also shows how embroidery can continue onto the side of the crown.

Choose which parts of the crown and visor use each color before matching the thread. The cream-and-green reference shows why front and side embroidery should be reviewed together.

BEFORE DEVELOPMENT

What to confirm for this style

Confirm both fabric colours, eyelets, button, embroidery colour and side-logo position from a physical sample.

Send us the reference cap, your artwork and the quantity per color. We can then check which details need sampling before giving a project-specific quote.

For more on contrast-colour visors, polyester print faces, embroidery and cap crown measurements, read our Two-Tone Cap Factory Knowledge note.

Ask about:
  • Shape and fit against your reference
  • Decoration size and artwork preparation
  • Fabric or panel construction and trims
  • Quantity breakdown and sampling schedule
