BDBRIM is a custom hat factory based in Baoding, Hebei, China. We have more than 15 years of hat manufacturing experience and make custom hats and headwear for brands, retailers, teams and businesses.

How we develop
your hat.
You can start with a design file, a reference cap or an idea. We review the crown, brim, fabric, colors, logo, labels and packaging, then make a sample.
The sample lets you check how the hat looks and fits. You can compare the crown depth, brim shape and logo placement and ask for changes before bulk production.
We support both OEM and ODM projects. For OEM, you provide the design and requirements, and we manufacture to the approved sample and specifications. For ODM, you bring a product brief and we help develop the style, agreeing on the development work before we start.

Our manufacturing work includes cutting and sewing, decoration, finishing, inspection and packing. These photographs show the embroidery equipment in our workshop.
The size and detail of a logo, the fabric and the finish you want guide the decoration choice. We review the artwork and check the result on a sample.

through production.
Here is what we agree and check at each stage.
Review your requirements
Send your design or reference, quantity, colors, logo details and target date. We review the construction and decoration, then confirm the quotation, minimum quantity and timing for your project.
Make and refine the sample
A mockup helps show the design direction. A physical sample lets you check the shape, fit, fabric and logo. We work through requested changes before you approve the production version.
Produce and check the hats
After sample approval, production follows the agreed specification. Checks cover the materials, construction, measurements, stitching and decoration against the approved reference.
Pack, ship and plan the next order
We confirm the packaging and shipping arrangements. The approved sample and specification remain the reference for repeat orders, with any changes reviewed before the next run.
Quality checks
What we check
during production.
We inspect materials on arrival and check hats during production and before shipment. The approved sample and measurements are the reference for these checks.
- Hat shape, size, brim and closure against the specification.
- Stitching, seams, embroidery or other agreed decoration.
- Labels, finishing and packing against the order requirements.
If your order has specific inspection or testing requirements, send them with the brief so we can confirm how they will be handled.
