Mesh Trucker Caps

Trucker caps can combine a solid front with contrasting mesh, stitched patches or layered lettering. The back and side photographs matter as much as the front view.

The front panel, mesh color and back adjustment need to work together. A patch that fits one trucker crown may need resizing for another front shape.

BEFORE DEVELOPMENT

What to confirm for this style

Check foam or fabric front shape, mesh type, logo execution and rear adjustment as one specification.

Send us the reference cap, your artwork and the quantity per color. We can then check which details need sampling before giving a project-specific quote.

Ask about:
  • Shape and fit against your reference
  • Decoration size and artwork preparation
  • Fabric or panel construction and trims
  • Quantity breakdown and sampling schedule
