Coordinate the crest, cord and cap body
The front crest and narrow cord create two separate decoration positions. For an OEM order, set the crest size and its distance above the cord before the sample is sewn. The back view shows the perforated panel layout and an adjustable plastic snap; the inside view gives a clearer view of the seam tape and underbill.
Use this cap as a shape and finish reference for golf clubs, events or a branded headwear collection. Supply your own artwork. Fabric composition, head-size range and any performance requirement are recorded in the specification and checked on the physical sample.

Yes. Send your crest artwork and specify the cord color, thickness and position. The sample should show how much space remains between the crest and the visor seam.
Can this be made without the perforated panels?
A solid rear panel can be discussed as a separate construction. Confirm the material and crown shape again, because changing the panel fabric may change how the cap fits.
