Keep a clear logo area at the front
The blank front offers space for your embroidery or patch without placing it directly over the side-panel holes. The rear photograph shows the opening, closure and panel seams. These details are useful for comparing a production sample with the design brief.
For custom performance headwear, decide on the fabric and sweatband alongside the hole pattern. A white body also makes mismatched thread, seam tape and closure shades easy to notice. Review these components together rather than approving the outer fabric alone.

Can I add embroidery to this plain cap?
Yes. Submit the logo and its intended width. We check the placement on the solid front panels and review an actual sew-out before approving the finished cap.
Does perforation establish a breathability or UV rating?
No. The images show openings in the fabric. Any moisture-management, UV-protection or other performance requirement needs an agreed material specification and appropriate testing.
How do you control repeat orders?
Keep the approved sewn sample, panel pattern, color references and decoration file together. Use that specification when discussing a reorder, including any changes to fabric or closure.
