CollectionsPANEL LAYOUT / LIGHTWEIGHT PROFILE

5-Panel Caps

The mint and olive caps reveal distinctive panel layout and perforated crown fabric. Seen from the front and side, their proportions are quite different from a standard six-panel cap.

These are examples of finished construction and decoration. Different logo artwork, fabrics and trims can be discussed for a new order.

BEFORE DEVELOPMENT

What to confirm for this style

Decide front-panel height, crown depth, visor stiffness and where perforation panels should begin.

Our team can review a reference cap and artwork before discussing actual production options; sample specifications, cost, quantity and lead time depend on the final design.

Ask about:
  • Shape and fit against your reference
  • Decoration size and artwork preparation
  • Fabric or panel construction and trims
  • Quantity breakdown and sampling schedule
